In the living room of our terraced house we have two damp patches about four feet up from the floor on internal walls that are adjacent to the external wall at the front of the house. We don't know what to do to get rid of them. I have tried repairing any damaged rendering on the exterior brickwork, but it hasn't made any difference. The room has already had a damp course against rising damp some years ago and we have no problem with that - but these damp patches emerged quite recently.
Prompt work undertaken with clear explanation and plan for a follow-up visit.

Whn i lifted the carpet in my basement flat I noticed damp on the floor. I also have a lot of rising damp, up to a meter high in the same room. Damp on the adjoining wall to the next property. i would like to have quotes for damp proofing
Would recommend them to anyone. Their work is of quality, quickly done, and at a reasonable price. Once the quote was accepted they started the following week, that was a bonus. After dealing with the damp problem I ask them also to paint the room and put the new flooring as I thought that the work done previously was well executed. It was an added good point that I will not have the hassle to find different trademen: they dealt with the damp proofing, electricity, decorating. Would I have an other job to do I would contact them again

Install suitable wall brackets to resite the condenser, some metre high to the right, extending interconnecting refrigerant pipework and cabling to suit. The system would then be pressure tested to ensure no system leaks, evacuated and the refrigerant charge would be dropped back into the system
