Please make sure that you get a written quote from this tradesman. I told this person it was LABOUR ONLY but he started to give us receipts (which we paid for in good faith) for the items he never used at our property. He told us he would start at 8.30am but never used to turn up till 9.30-10am and finish at around 2pm!!! we have occurred a few problems and have tried contacting him but he doesn't answer his phone. He tends to ask for the money for his labour after he's been there for only a couple of days.

I am not sure I am putting this in the right area but we have a problem which I think may be condensation. We have a problem with dampness on our walls in our bedroom which also sometimes results in mold. This We have decorated on numerous occasions, used damp proofing paint and it still returns. It also attaches itself to our furniture, clothes have been ruined etc. I am wanting someone to come out to tell us what the problem is and how much it will be to rectify the problem but please be advised that we have to save up for repairs to be done so depending on cost it may take a few months before we go ahead with any work. Our building is a single flat above some garages. I think that is all the information I can give for the time being. I also struggle to answer my Mobile due to work commitments so please leave a message and I will call back or better still send me an e mail as I can access that more often.
