To install an existing new Coseyfire 5KW multi-fuel stove.
The burner is to be fitted in an open brick fireplace measuring 820Hx800Wx400D & the stove measures 608Hx455Wx295D & weighs 80kg. giving gap of 200mm either side, and a clearance of 260mm to the underside of the fireplace (this is a metal strip).
The chimney already has a liner fitted, but it has been cut short. Replace with a new 904 liner.
Supply & fit register closure plate.
We aleady have a slate hearth set in the floor.
