Raise & re-set one inspection frame & cover on a strong bed of mortar, inorder to meet neat levels.
Apply & spray the whole area with a random tack coat of bitumen emulsion for sealing & keying purposes.
Regulate defective & low areas with dense base course bitumen macadam & compact by machine.
Supply & lay to the above area a top surface of 6mmaggregatemastic asphalt wearing course laid to a compacted thickness of 30mm.

- Wood replacement on the inside of the beachhut, about 1ft.
- Wood on the outer edge of the beachhut replaced, about 2ft.
- Galvanised hinges fitted and doors re-hung.
- New feet on the base bolted on, not hammered.
- New plastic screwed in to the top of the beachhut.
Thank you very much for the excellent work you undertook on my beachhut. This was completed to a high standard and to the specifications I required. I would happily use you expertise again.

I'm not sure
I think I have damp on one wall that is now an internal wall but use to be an external wall before conversion.
Very prompt service, very friendly, even came out on a Sunday morning!

We are having issues with noises from upstairs (other flat) and they do likewise with us. No crazy parties, just normally living. So need to see what can be done to resolve this basically. Might have potential to do both my celing and flat aboves floor.
I would be interested in two rooms to be done, but maybe more.
The rooms are roughly probably 20 x 20 I guess.
