Job Unsold Job, Updated Details : The interior wall was taken back to brick then rendered and plastered in May/June 2010, this was left to dry out for over a year before we decorated in December 2011. In October 2012 we noticed a lot of condensation inside this room and in December 2012 the new wallpaper was beginning to come off from the skirting board up approx 2 feet all the way along the 'exterior' wall; the wall had some black 'spiders web' marks which we have cleaned off with a bleach solution; solid floors; new sockets have rust marks and the screws rusting; . Exterior was re-rendered when the DP was injected in May/June 2010 and has subsequently been painted with good quality exterior paint. We need advice if is the DPC not worked or if it's condensation. Original : Walls damp up to approx 2 feet inside. Damp proof course injection was done in May / June 2010, but looks like damp has returned.

Comment Mark and his Dad came to us after I posted a problem with damp in the living room. They advised on how to cure the problem, which will result in them not having any work to do on our room, but I felt they were so genuine I had to post a rating as they deserved it. What an exceptionally polite and helpful chap he is ... Dad too! A well deserved 5 star rating! If/when we need a job done, I will definitely be contacting Mark Lawrence for a quote. Job Was reported via home buyers report that there is rising damp to front of house, there are no signs of visual damp internally , I am told that an equipment would have identified the problem.
