I recently took off wallpaper in my new home and found some damp. I believe it is caused by condensation and had Kenwood come round to give a free survey who confirmed it's condensation. However the surveyor has said that what needs to be done is I need great big holes drilled into my home for ventilation and wants to install something in my loft to help the circulation. I'd like a second opinion and don't mind paying a small fee for someone to come and visit.

If you are able to come over to the property tomorrow (Friday!) that would be great.
There are builders in at the moment and there's access to ceiling/first floor space right now - that may not be there next week - and will make the cable runs a lot easier.
I'm looking for an AV faceplate on the wall where the TV will go, with 2x HDMI and 5.1 speaker jacks.
Chase in 2x front and 2x rear speakers (ending in a plate - or not - will take advice on this).
Sub and central speaker will sit on shelf and can be directly wired into the amp - so do not actually need wiring into plate or chasing into wall.
Please let me know rough budget and come prepared to fit if possible!
