Not sure on realistic costing open to advice Original : create an en-suite shower room in one bedroom, close off doorway to existing bathroom from hallway, create new doorway from 2nd bedroom, replace existing wc,sink, bath, overbath shower, replace bathroom window with double glazed upvc one, new velux window in both bedroom, replace skylight over stairs with velux window. All electrics joinery plumbing plastering etc (oil heating system) up to high speck.

MY HOUSE IS OVER 100 YEARS OLD AND VERY COLD! THE LATHES AND PLASTER ON THE EXISTING WALLS NEEDS TO BE PULLED DOWN, INSULATION FITTED AND THEN PLASTERBOARD ERRECTED. IT IS A BIG HOUSE - THERE ARE FOUR BEDROOMS, A BATHROOM, KITCHEN, DINING ROOM, LOUNGE, AND THE CEILINGS ARE VERY HIGH
