When having a new gas fire fitted the engineer found damp in the brickwork when he drilled into an external wall to fit a ventilation unit. Possible breach in damp proof course? I don't know the cause or extent of the damp as it needs investigation so have no idea of the likely cost at this stage so will choose the lowest amount (no option to leave blank)
Very prompt and efficient service. Carried out a thorough inspection and identified a minor repair. Very impressed with service and would happily use this company again.
