We've got dampness on internal walls of our bungalow in several rooms. Ceilings are also affected.
I got a call from a very helpful lady who talked me through some of my issues and suggested several solutions. It was refreshing that they didn't just want to send someone out and charge for it.
I'm a bit closer to getting my problem fixed, so far it's not cost me anything.
As they never came to my building I can't really rate them properly but the advice was courteous, well intentioned and there was no sales pitch.
