We have rising damp through central wall of house (this is the original external wall and so very old). Need to strip off plaster and inject damp proof course then re-plaster (I think!). There is approx 12-14 metres of wall in total.
We were very happy with Lee and his team. They were all very friendly, reliable chaps and did a good job of our damp proof course and replastering. Turned up when they said they would and tried to keep disruption to a minimum since we have 2 small children in the house. I would recommend Evans Preservation to others.

Brick built house constructed 1840. Rear wall encompassing lounge and dining rooms have damp issues (penetrative we think). Damp problems need to be resolved and areas of blown plaster inside removed and re-rendered.
We have to wait several months before we know if the treatment has worked, hence I cannot score quality better than good at this juncture

I have an 1875 farm house with rising damp on some of the interior walls (the exterior walls are all OK, and show signs of chemical injection damp proofing). I'd like the effected interior walls to have a new injected damp proofing course and the plaster re-rendered.
