Updated : I am unable guess a budget as I have no idea what job involves. It's not a basement or cellar but they are rooms under a sloping drive. I've had builders here saying it's a troopers job and vise versa. I would like a good general builder to possibly solve our problem. Original : I have rooms that have been built under the driveway prior to us buying the house and the rooms are damp and water is getting in we have been advised the one room needs tanking but still left with the problem of the drive needing to be properly sealed
