I have a house that I am renting out and my tennants are complaining about damp in a wall between the lounge and the dining area. There is also damp on a chimney breast in the dining room and a small amount of damp at the bottom of the wall at the front of the house near the front door.

Updated : the website told me this job had been withdrawn so am resubmitting - it's the same job as the one i put on today. sorry for any confusion. Original : To erect scaffold for external walls, chimney as work progresses. This scaffold will be taken up to a height that is suitable for constructing the roof from. Once the walls and roof are completed, the scaffold will be altered to allow the rendering to take place. The scaffold price is based on a three month hire period which will start when the scaffolders first come to site to start the first lift for the bricklayers.
