Assess damp proof course in rear and gable wall of 1930s semi detached property. Quote for injecting wall and treat raising damp.
Andrew's service was excellent. He came round in advance to price the job, explain what he would do and give advice. He was punctual and organised and the work was done quickly but carefully. Andrew's quote wasn't the cheapest I receive but I was so impressed by his professional attitude and overall I feel he offered value for money. Would definitely hire him again without hesitation!

i have just bought a flat, it has wooden floors from the entrance all the way to my flat. I can hear the comings and goings of the other residence. Also I can hear next doors when they are walking around and got the tv on/talking.
I lived in a flat with very low soundproofing quality so decided to sound proof my bedroom along with a built-in wardbrobe.
The fellars did an excellant job, very clean, always kept me informed if they were going to be late. They have an excellant joiner and plasterer who work for them.
It is very hard to find a reliable, trustworthy and excellant quality builder. If thats what your looking for Churchill are spot on. I would definately use them again.

I'm not sure
Front and back wall on mid-terrace property are letting in damp. The rendering needs repair, some of the drains and outlet pipes need to be replaced and the whole walls need repainting in white

I'm not sure
I need mainly the loft checking as I found mould on the walls, around the window frame, my desk which has sunken in. The wallpaper is bubbling and there are speckles on the walls/ceiling. I suspect this is travelling into my bedroom and kitchen mainly. Although there is some staining on the wall as you come into the house. The property is a mid-terrace. would like someone to take a look and advise what they think the problem is and solutions + cost.
Great trustworthy and honest guys. Nice to deal with. Quick and efficient. Would definitely use them again. Fairly priced also.
