I recently had a call from my tennant and he informed me that there is damp on a couple of walls within my 2 up 2 down terrace. I believe the damp course that was previously done may have been a good few years ago, so i am unsure of the state of repair. I am currently out of the country, but would like the job completed before the winter. The best way to contact me would be by text as my mobile isn't the best out here. That way i will be able to arrange a suitable time with my tennant.
Didn't realise that this job was still pending as once my tennant had received the quote he did not contact me.
