It was a real pleasure dealing with Brian. The work carried out by his team seems to have solved my damp issue. They arrived promptly on the agreed date and worked non-stop for 8 hours to get the job finished and left the house as clean as it was before they arrived. I would use them again and recommend to friends and family.

We are in a ground floor apartment in a grade 2 listed property (1800) based in Greenwich South East London. We have some creaking floor boards and impact noise from our upstairs neighbours. They are currently open for us to look into options for soundproofing their floors. They are currently doing some renovations and now is an ideal time to get this looked at. We are looking for someone to suggest solutions for us and implement them soon.
Michael and his team did a fantastic job applying a British GypFloor Silent solution to fix squeaking floors and impact noise. We had other quotes but were most confident with his proposal. His team had experience with this solution and did a fantastic job installing it. The work was done very quickly despite the floor being in much worse condition than expected. We were very happy with the results. You won't be disappointed with their work and professionalism. Michael has now become our builder of choice.

Damp around door in patches as well as a large patch which could be related to a leak. Damp proof needs re-injection in one wall. Work was done previously by owners prior to purchase.
SOS came to have a look at work required Stephen was very helpful and gave me some advice re: previous work done which I will follow-up before engaging a specialist to deal with the damp. He did not want to take the work if there was a possibility of reverting on previous work which would be a cheaper option for me.
