Budget Under £100

Job We had loft insulation laid recently to meet regs. Unfortunately the company who laid the loft insulation have just laid it over the joists, so the space is very dangerous to access or even lay insulation boards on. We need someone to correct this work and lay it between the joists as it should be and then we can lay the loft boards on top. We might also require a ladder installation. All materials have already been purchased and ready to install. Thanks.
