Contractor required who can carry out damp proofing to the basement area, repair the plaster around decorative window moulding and possibly relay a flat roof to prevent water pooling and move a drain pipe leading onto the flat roof (although this work could be done by a roofing company)
I also need a landing installed above some stairs (effectively putting beams and boards across the hallway to create a floor) and painting to several rooms, some which have water damage.
I need to select a supplier by Sunday. Please respond only if you are able to do a site visit tomorrow Friday 7 March or Saturday 8th of March.
