Hello. We have a front garden/driveway where the following needs to be done (1) rebuild two low level walls, (2) rebuild two steps, (3) dig a trench for new electricity and water supply, (4) resituate a bin area which involves removal of wall of current bin and digging out small area in front garden, (5) resurfacing the front garden/driveway with block paving. I am being asked to indicate the budget though happy to be advised if this work is unlikely to be done within my selected budget.
We are very pleased with the work carried out by Botanica Gardens. They are very personable workers so much so that the neighbours commented on how nice they are, even though the work they were doing was noisy and dirty. They are easy to get hold of and reliable in letting you know any difficulties in doing the work as agreed. They also advise on how to overcome problems and offer different solutions where possible so we were consulted all along. The trench for the new services met the necessary requirements and included bringing service pipes into the flat. The driveway looks really nice, is flat and has proper drainage. The brickwork is very neat. This is impressive given that their usual work is predominantly gardening and landscaping. We would definitely use them again and suspect that their gardening work is even better.

Chris provides a great service because he knows the subject of waterproofing and damp inside out. My guess is he would solve any problem you could give him. He also provides a friendly and helpful service. Highly recommended.

Removal of decayed wall plate, brick up wall plate area and re-fix new joists, possible repair/new joists under hallway joists, same treatment for main bearer timber, spray whole cellar underside with timber preservative. We have had a full survey completed for additional details.
I would highly recommend Brian and his sons, they did a fantastic job. They were timely, courteous and tidy. The job was finished in excellent time despite the horrendous weather and the bill came in as quoted. We received the guarantee very shortly after final payment.

I'm not sure
The most affected areas are at the back of the house(Kitchen & sitting room)
I being told that the whole house front and back should be injected.
Also we may need to add more air grill in each rooms of the house.
I was very please with the efficiency from Brian, he came and was very helpful, he explained what was the problem and what needed to be done.I received a quote within fews days. I will probably will be going for his quote.

Penetrating damp in 3 rooms with different reasons, described below:
Lounge - down pipe and ivy caused damp to penetrate into the wall from exterior. Next door neighbour is remedying this, however damp is now extensive so wish to remove plaster back to brick work, coat with damp proof seal and then plaster back - approx area is 1.5meter sq
Bedrooms x 2 - soil bank comes onto the side of our end of terrace property, causing damp to penetrate these rooms. So both rooms need plaster hacked back, sealed then replastered. approx area is 6 meter sq
We will then redecorate etc.. once plaster has dried.
