"We live in a bottom floor maisonette and the tenants upstairs turned out to be the neighbours from hell but even they were not to blame for the fact that normal conversations sounded like they were shouting and screaming. Dealing with building regulations people but no joy. we put the job on the Rated people website.We recieved few quotes.This builder came along and advised us how the problem can be solved. They recommended the resilian bar system with full explanation. They were the the once how to tackle the problem. All normal sounds have been cut out. Screaming and shouting and the music is now muffled. The sound system that they fixed on the ceiling has reduced the noise by 70%.Unfortunately the rest of the flat which we couldn't soundproof is, obviously, still the same. It's nice to be able to wake up in the morning rather than be woken up.The quality of the work is excellent. This company is a team who take a lot of pride in the finishing too and have a big tidy up at the end of each day. They were very flexible and fair with the extras we asked them for. They arrived on time and finished on time! Excellent work. Many thanks "
