I have an old brick-built garage in that needs dismantling. Two walls are garden walls, so I need the third wall dismantling and disposing (leaving the other walls intact). The wooden roof too needs to go. Finally, I need the concrete foundations (approx 12m2) digging out, leaving a small plinth for a new shed. There’s direct access from the road via double gates, so there’s no requirement to carry tools or material through the property.
Graham and his team did a fantastic job for us and we would definitely recommend them. The job was originally to demolish a brick built double garage and replace the concrete but as they did such a good job with this, we also hired Graham and team to rebuild part of our garden walls, replaster the walls and provide top soil for the rest of the garden. They always arrived on time and cleared up well and even worked weekends to get the job done.

Basically a loft clearance but also requires the cutting and removal of an old water tank (reciprocator saw?). The contents of the loft (not extensive) needs to be removed and disposed of - the loft is very messy so ideally the contents will go out via skylights in the roof onto pre-built scaffolding (to avoid traipsing through and over the missus' new carpets!)

We have a small landing - this again would need to be stripped of wallpaper, replastered and repainted. The same applies to the staircase leading off the landing to the ground floor. The small bedroom is approximately 9 ft x 8 ft.
