I'm not sure
3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, PDF containing room dimensions available. MOT has already been layed, I need a reinforced concrete slab, insulation, screed and drainage channels for the tanking system.
The Malpave Team took over my part finished basement conversion after multiple builders had let me down. Maplaves broad and in depth knowledge of all aspects of building work ensured the build was completed to a very high standard at a very reasonable price. I have used Malpave on all my projects since then as they are without a doubt the best builders I have ever worked with, and that's saying a lot having been in the property business for over 5 years. On top of that they are very trustworthy, a trait in very short supply amongst this trade. Thanks guys for all your hard work.
