Although didn't go through with the job in the end - LPS were extremely helpful and clearly experts and professional in their business - would definitely approach again

Michael Penning visited my home in order to give quote for building work required. He was accompanied Walter, who appeared to be the builder. They took away plans on 10 December promising to provide an estimate. I have not had the estimate nor has he returned by plans despite leaving numerous message on his mobile. I am very disappointed and angry that he has taken my plans and returned them, these are costly full drawing by my architect - I would hate to think if he started any work it would probably never get finished or probably never seen once deposit taken. I would NEVER use or recommend him.
