Richard is excellent; communication skills are wonderful, he has a great sense of humour (yes, I know, not really relevant but I think indicative) His workmanship is exemplary; he is clean and tidy as is possible. Ready with information and advice. Will happily use again.

We think we have a problem with damp in the throat of our fire place. The chimney is sealed above the fire place itself and so we are confident it is not coming from above. So we are looking for someone to apply a damp proofing system to the affected areas.
There used to be a back boiler in the fire place but this was removed when we moved in about 3 and a quarter years ago. We had the fire place boarded and skimmed over. However now the plaster skim appears to have blown.
