I have a medium sized 3 bed terraced house in need of modernisation. House would need new kitchen units, some plastering, some joinery work and a shower fitted along with panting and some electrcial sockets to bring it upto a nice modern standard. House total size is 99 sq m but parts of the house are okay.
East Antrim Home Improvements carried out a whole property refurbishment and modernisation. They were professional from the start. I got a very competitive price from and the work was carried out professionally, neatly and to a very high standard. I am very happy with the end result. I highly recommend this firm for any home improvements about the house and will use again for any of my work. They have a quality team of tradesmen and Sammy the proprieter kept me informed throughout and the job was on budget.

There is a section of bay window approximately 10ft across which has a damp proof breach and rising damp upto about 3ft from the floor. A new damp proof course would need done and the section of affected wall then replastered. The house is a standard 3 bedroom construction mid terrace.
First class job and was started very promptly. Put in Damp proof course and excellent replastering job. Would definitely recommend.

There appears to be rising damp on an existing wall measuring approx 4 metres. The wall is formerly a yard wall adjoining my neighbour's house.
I was extremely happy with the job. It was done quickly within the agreed timescale and the team left no mess. I would highly recommend this friendly but professional company.
