Unsold Job, Updated Details : I have condensation in a small cupboard, the cupboard is on an external wall, at first we thought it was damp but the outside wall has been sprayed with damp seal but this has made no difference, the cupboard walls are soaking and there are water particles on the ceiling of the cupboard, the loft has been checked and there is no sign of any dampness/wetness. Original : Not sure if a builder is the right person I need.
