approx 18' x 6'. Remove lawn. Prepare ground. Lay block paving to match current drive.
Very unreliable, rarely turned up at the date or time agreed. Never worked a full day. Supposed to take 2 to 3 days and ended up taking 12 days due to the above. Still has not strapped the fence to the wall or picked up the 250 plus brick sets still left at the side of the fence. Always having to ring him to see where he is and took ages to get back in touch. If he had worked full days it would have taken him the 3 days quoted and he could have had a better review off us. We felt he was fitting our job in around other jobs.

I'm not sure
I'm wanting to use the cellar as a multi-use space, for computer and desk, occasional use sofa bed, and also need to house a condenser dryer.
Very happy with advice and quote given (which was emailed promptly followed by a written quote through post). Jonathon even offered to fit part of the job in on a Saturday to accommodate other works that were going on. Unfortunately I had to cancel the job due to a very genuine change in circumstances, but Jonathon was totally understanding and wished me well. This makes such a difference as other people I had to cancel didn't even reply to acknowledge. Based on what I experienced I am happy to recommend A1 Dampcoursing.

Vacant house being bought.Solid floors d/stairs need DPM, DPC to other floors (3 bedrooms).
