The property is 291 Waterloo Road and down the side of remer street in cobridge stoke on trent. st6 3hr. The scaffolding would be erected on the footpath. The scaffolding would go all the way across the fron of the waterloo road side of the building and up to the point where the old brick meets the new brick on the remer street side of the street. The builders will be rendering up to the roof line. i assume i will need a council permit which i will arrange. i relaise the job will be more than 100 pounds but have kept estimate low so cheaper for trades person to buy.
