I am in a mid-terraced Victorian property (1880), with a down-spout. I have a large patch of damp in the middle of my front wall emanating on both sides of an original sash window - starting at about chest-height, and rising to around head height. Above and below are dry. I would like the outside inspected for potential leaks, and sealed and weather-proofed, and would like the inside hacked back to the brick, damp-proofed and re-plastered.

Downstairs bathroom. we require damp proofing, the plaster is wet back to brickwork, needs to be stripped and damp proofed. shower was removed and tiles came off, we then discovered wet plaster. House was built in 1898.
Very hardworking and always cleared up after themselves. There were timing issues, but we did manage to sort them out amicably.Would use again.
