I have damp around the bay window walls in my front room. Rentokill surveyed this in April and confirmed it was some rising damp and some penetrating damp. They advised some remedial work first which was completed in July, however damp hasn't improved so I am conscious that it needs to be treated ASAP and I would rather have a couple of quotes off local tradesmen. The area is patchy but travels about 4ft up the left side and about 7ft up the right side.
Unsold lead, updated details: re-line existing chimney and fit a log-burning fire plus flue etc. Original: To line chimney - fit a log burning stove etc.
Previous damp in the kitchen wall. Wall is now crumbling.

Our ground floor terraced flat has a damp course fitted and had remedial works carried out prior to our purchasing it but our tenants are complaint of dam in the back bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and built in cupboard between the kitchen and bathroom.
These areas are all at the back of the flat facing onto the exposed back yard so part of the problem may be condensation.
We are looking for someone to carry out an assessment of the entire 2 bedroom flat and carry out any remedial work required.
The flat is managed by an agent so access would have to be arranged through them.
Need scaffold for new roof. Front back and side of a standard two storey semi detached house
Some internal roof timbers show signs of woodworm infestation. I need to know whether this is live and whether the timbers can be preserved
