The surround will be Limestone (Hearth Slips etc) I am working to get the surround manufactured and the fire supplied, if you have any connections for stone masonary/gas fire supply and could quote for whole job that would be useful. The old fire has been removed and the builders opening has been cleared. The chimney is a standard chimney and will need a balance flue chimney conversion kit, supplied by the fire manufacturer, installed. The budget I have quoted is for complete job, supply fit etc.
