We have a problem with damp at the front door on an upstairs flat. This is effecting the flooring at the door.
In addition there is problems around roof drainage, with damp patches in the living room and kitchen. We believe these may be associated with disused chimney breasts. There also appears to be a high amount of damp and mould related issues throughout the flat that we believe may be being caused by the poor roof drainage.
