I have a problem with the front wall of my house. Earlier this year I had the free cavity wall insulation inserted into the walls and also had the valley between mine and my neighbour's house recovered. At the point where the new valley meets the front of the house it is soaking wet and has leaked into the cavity walls and is coming through both houses internal walls.
We have approached the roofing company and have exhausted all avenues as they now claim that the fault is not with their workmanship but may be a fault on my side.
I require a survey carrying out on my house to find the fault with the repair hopefully being claimed on my house buildings insurance.
