Water/Damp by the front doorway, rotting the floorboards/joists. Water/damp coming in from somwhere, first couple of floorboards (about 1 meter long) completely rotted, wet through, 2 small joists (about 4 foot long each) have also rotted away through wetness. Need to identify and then stop the water/damp coming in, and replace the floorboards/joists.
