"The job was never finished. I was not given an invoice or guarantee. Thw work was sub standard and my cellar remains damp and full of water despite Will's claim that the whole area has been tanked and sealed. The plaster work completed has gone mouldy and even though I have now tried many many times (in vain) to contact Will he has refused to return my calls or make any attempt to revisit and rectify the problems I am encountering I am now taking further legal advice through the necessary channels."
