Comment This man didn't complete the work (leaving bare metal showing on lintels), would not answer calls, nor provide an email address. After a few months of this, we wrote to John Russell Thomas stating no more payments would be forthcoming until he completed the job. Next contact we received was a court summons. Upon contacting the court and explaining why we had withheld payments, it was suggested we try contacting J R Thomas again. We did, he agreed to finish job, we resumed payments...then he took us to court Paul
