External communal stone stairs to property are cracked and water is penetrating the building from teh top step. Need to have all joins between stairs sealed/filled with waterproof cement and some kind of waterproof covering put on stairs

Garden wall damged by the storm in January needing either replaced or strenghtened
Carlo and his colleague Roger did an excellent job on the repair of a stone wall in my garden. They were excellent timekeepers, clean workers and totally reliable. I would certainely use them again and highly recommend them. Margaret Hastings

I'm not sure
The lintel is approximitely 3 meters wide and made of steel. It is covered by sand coloured concrete by the looks of things but the cover needs to be replaced (the lintel itself is fine).
Good effort with the stonework but the detail to make it blend in with the existing sand stone could have been better. All in all pretty good though and a nice chap.

Updated : I need to discuss costs. I have a main door tenement flat. The area is not large. The terazzo covering on the steps is badly crumbling, so needs urgent attention. The property is over 100 years old and is a traditional property in Pollokshields. Original : I live in a red sandstone tenement in the south side of Glasgow. I have terrazzo steps (terrazzo overlaid on concrete, I think) leading to the front door, 2 of which are badly cracked and crumbling. I need an urgent quote for repairing the broken steps and cleaning and checking the remaining area.
