We currently have stone flagstones in our back garden acting as patio area. We are looking to take up the flagstones and drop the ground level between 12 and 14 inches then relay a patio area 6 inches lower than it is now. The area of work is approx 2m x 5m with each flagstone approx. 70mm thick and various shapes and sizes. Further information and details can be provided if requested.

Our house was built in 1830 it has a bow in the outside wall of which has been see by a structural engineer and had a surveyors report on it in the past but now has developed cracks in the stones and at times we can hear rumble falling between the 2 layers of walls.
