relay a patio and some pointing
I had four quotes in all and Woodstone came out top on technical, aesthetic and cost grounds.
The patio looks lovely.
The work was conducted efficiently and pretty much on time, given that the site manager was off sick for two days and rain interrupted play quite a lot.
Damian and his team were pleasant and courteous. I would recommend them highly.Jennifer
Paving a front garden: appx 6mx6m. Half over exisitng concrete panel and half over a grass lawn. The end result should appear as a single flat surface. Paving blocks will be preferable option.
Also other ideas to reduce cost considered. Please ignore the budget stated on this job.
Limestone fire surround, the base has been damaged by our Grandson who dropped a heavy object onto it taking small chunk at the front off. I know this can be repaired using repair kits ( would do repair myself but most prob make it worse!!).
Have a Y shaped tarmac driveway which needs to be extended. Needs removal of some small hedges and grass, and lay that area with tarmac to widen the driveway.

Front of house that I am looking at buying is stone cladded. Not sure of fixing but an approximate cost of removal and if needed, repair to existin brickwork, would be very useful.
