Front garden mono block needs repair or replacing. Drainage problem in that water pools and does not drain away and full of weeds. I think that no drainage put in when the mono block went down. Large area, approx 10m2.

Under £2,000
Old driveway consisting of slabs and stones to be replaced with paving blocks (monoblocking). Best guess of size of area is 10 meters by 10 meters at it's widest however the driveway is a triangular shape and the house is situated on a corner so there is a slight incline. I would also require it extended to the house entrance, probably around another meter. The best way to get an idea of the driveway is to go to google maps and use street view, there you can look up the postcode and zoom in on the house numbers to identify it.

repointing of red sandstone house

Degraded stone block has completely crumbled away from chimney. MAY be able to replace stone itself from supply in garden - but would need dressed. MUST use lime mortar and not cement. Work from roof only - no possibilty of scaffolding at side of building. Pictures taken and available to email prior to site visit if required.
