Hi - I have a small area at the front of a town-house which needs paving, and a small plant border constructing. The house is built from stone and so the materials need to be something similar - I am thinking of Yorkstone slabs, and stone bricks for the plant border. There area includes a light-well down to the basement window, which also needs a little bit of cosmetic work around a damaged lip.
Our stone wall has had several stones come away and needs rebuilding and longer term our neighbours want to have a matching wall to mirror the finish of ours.
This is a detached three bed property nr Stamford parts of which were build in the 18th century and parts in the 20th century. It is not listed and has exposed stone and brick walls inside as well as all external stone walls which need repointing.
