The step is concrete so a similar replacement would be OK. It measures 1.50m x 0.35m x 0.15m deep
The front of my doorstep had cracked so it repairing by creating a new concrete front. The French Craftsman gave a competitive quote although arranging a suitable time for them to come proved difficult. The finish is quite good, although not quite as great as I was hoping for. Still, the price is good and they are professional. Recommended.

The lads at Surf and Turf were a joy to work with. They completed the job ahead of time and on budget (maybe a little under actually). The step needs to be shaped towards the existing porch, but we think it may be worthwhile to replace the flooring of the porch with block paving also. Further there are areas of the existing paving that we feel could be improved and would like these rebuilt if possible.

I need a 6'x4' Green House dismantled and removed and the ground underneath it which is already paved but uneven, to be re-surfaced with ballast and cement and levelled off. This is to prepare a base for a 7'x5' shed.
Aaron arrived as scheduled and worked hard to finish the job by the end of the day. He was very pleasant, obliging and took great care to do the work well. Apart from the original assignment of removing a greenhouse and laying a concrete base for a shed, he also repaired and repainted some windows, fitted a curtain pole and attended to a couple of small carpentery jobs.

We have approx 30m2 of black slate patio (stonemarket slate tiles)at front and back of our house which was laid a year ago. The contractor who laid the patio sealed the slate tiles using a polyurethane concrete sealant and we have discovered since that this has actually spoilt the finish - the slabs have a white-ish flaky 'skin' of cracking sealant on the top surface. We need the patio area cleaned back to clean slate and then sealed using a slate oil. We expect the cleaning process to need some chemical and maybe steam to get the polyurethane off. Timing: Within 2 days

Updated : The cabinets are getting installed today so templating can be done anytime from now. I need this done as soon as possible before tiling starts. As a minimum I just need someone to cut the slab of granite into the required pieces, as a more detailed job I need templating, cutting and polishing. Feel free to contact me with questions. Original : I managed to buy and collect a piece of granite from a company closing down, now I need it cut to fit my kitchen. It is currently 3m long and 70cm wide, 3cm thick. I need two main pieces 120cm x 65cm and 80cm x 65cm with front only polished edge, and two strips for behind the freestanding cooker and sink, around 100cm x 5cm and 60xm x 5cm. No cooker or sink cut outs required. Can you cut this for me? The granite is at my flat in London Islington N5. It depends on whether you do the work onsite or take it to your factory, I can template, deliver and collect or you can do everything, depending on cost. Can you please give me a quote.
