Repairs to dressed ironstone mullions & dormas & elevations of 19c grade II listed manor house in Boughton, Northants. There is material available from a previous demolition. Budget is negotiable. Roof repairs are being arranged and so scaffolding will be in place of the next month or so providing an opportunity to complete the masonry repairs
Old internal brick walls, relativelly damaged with bad pointing and some plastering. Require a wall refurbishment to achieve a good level.
Must admit, initially I was slightly aprehensive as this was not a cheap task to be done, and I had never met these people before.
They've done a very good job. There are the minor faults, but then, probably I'm a perfectionist. I thought the brick wall was gone for good, but they sorted out in all means possible, and the wall end up being great.
I got so happy with the work done on the brick walls that I've asked them to paint the walls (original sandblast), these too were done to good standards.
The best thing about Daniel is the price quality ratio. Here, the sixth star is definitly a must. There are probably better people in the market, but those charge far more than these guys do,
In good truth, the quality would not be a 5, but something in between a 4 and a 4.5, but there is no 6th star to mark the price, so I went on a triple five for them.
The best way to classify them is by mentioning that I'll be having some new work to be done in January and these guys will be my first choice.

repairs to boundary stone walls
Old wall fallen down through weather conditions - needs rebuilding and supporting.
Some brick work reusable
The existing stonework has been subject to numerous previous repairs using cement and fillers. These repairs have failed and we are now seeking advice on options for overhaul and restoration. The bay measures c3.5m across and c2m high.

I'm not sure
Garden wall east facing - some ivy in situ. About 6-7ft tall and 18ft or so long. I assume it will need a lime mortar and appreciate there is skill in deciding exacly which would be most suitable.
House wall North facing, 2 storeys but only narrow across back. Access through house only. Possibly west facing wall needs work too. This would be 3 storeys and requires access, and therefore negotiation, from neighbour's driveway.
