The house we are likely to buy has a disused pool. It is about 5m x 3m, in-ground and concrete that is lined with plastic (that looks like tiles). The pump equipment is still there but I am not sure if it works.
I am looking for a rough guide as to how much it would cost to resurrect it to working condition. This will at least require either re-lining or tiling and ensuring the pump works although we may add heating also.
Just a conversation and a rough guide to costs is all I need - whoever provides this now will be my first call if we do look to resurrect the pool once the purchase is complete.
