Budget I'm not sure

Job The property at which the work needs to be carried out was rented. The tenant has not maintained the pool. The lining has become lose, the children have broken the drainage pipe and the pool seems to be leaking water. The pool needs to be brought back to scratch as well as the above described work general maintenance will have to be carried out.
