Our kitchen floor needs re-tiling with ceramic tiles. The floor area that needs tiling is approx. 10 sq metres. The existing floor surface is vinyl tiles on plywood on suspended timber. There are kitchen units in place and three doors into the kitchen. The job would involve removing the existing tiles, cleaning and preparing the floor surface, (possibly replacing the plywood), tiling and grouting, dealing with the door thresholds.
Nick Bartram did a superb job of tiling my kitchen floor in travertine stone. He is friendly and hard working with an artistic flair. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

loft conversion wet room mosaic tiles approx 20metres square.
We are very impressed with WJ's work. He tiled a difficult wet room area for us with mosaic tiles, and the result looks impressive. Even though this took longer than expected (because of the mosaic tiles), he stuck to the original price. He was also happy to do some extra tiling in the same area which was not in the original quote, again at a reasonable price. We then asked him to tile our main bathroom, which he has finished and which we are very happy with. This included tiling a difficult wall which was not entirely vertical. WJ is punctual (and turns up early each day) and has been helpful with other issues which have arisen during our decorating, even when these are not within his job spec. Finally, we have asked WJ to do some decorating work for us, which he is due to start this week.

Approximately 36 sq metres of stone floor tiles to be laid (tile size 60x40). 24 will be laid onto marine ply over floor boards in a kitchen and hallway. 12 sqm onto concrete floor. We also need for you to lay electric under tile heating for the 12 sq.

The finished floor will have a row of 100 x 100 travesties as a skirting. The room also has two small window ledges that need tiling in the travertines also. Job must be completed by 17 May. We need labour only, all materials supplied by us.
