collins tiling contacted very quickly,i spoke on the phone to the gentleman he was very helpful,and understood everything i wanted, i gathered from the way he spoke to be he had done tiling for many years as i asked many questions about ho.w i would like the tiles placed. the tiler arrived promptly and we discussed patterns,by the way he even advised me where to purchase at a reasonable price and advised how many boxes of tiles to get,his finished job was immaculate,and he even sorted little things out such as moving a light switch for us,as we are elderly we could not have done this, and the price he charged was very reasonablei would rate this person 5 stars on overall rating

Very disappointed that the price submitted for our job was more than double the price guide we gave in our initial enquiry. Feel that our time was wasted and that the price guide should have been raised during our initial conversation with Blackberry tiling, rather than waiting for the visit and then being told told that the price would be far more. As the price guide we gave was based on another quote we had already received, we wouldn't have gone ahead with the visit.
