Straightforward job: tile a downstairs cloakroom. Tiles are 40x40 porcelain, room is approx 2m * 1m. The layout is already planned: 15 tiles on the floor and 1 on the wall as a splashback. The floor looks like OSB. The room will be already prepped, i.e. carpet and skirting removed. Tiles will be supplied, adhesive and black grout can be too. Timing: ASAP

In my opinion, competent, reliable and trustworthy Did a good job of retiling the bathroom and replacing all of the fittings. Would definately use again.

Small bathroom needs re-tiling. All wall space is currently tiled. We will supply the new tiles for the job. We would require the existing tiles to be removed also.
Received a very competitive quote from Aus Construction. They were also able to install an extractor fan and do some small electrical work which saved me the hassle of having to source an electrician/plumber as part of the tiling project. The end result was exactly how we envisaged it, so we were very happy. I found Matthew to be trustworthy and knowledgeable and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I have a tiles ready. when I clean the bathroom I spead a lots of water around so need to use good silicon sealing. I need the bathroom to be sealed properly to prevent any water penetration. I can buy the material if needed.

We are having our kitchen re-done and need a tiler to lay underfloor heating (heating mat system with a thermostat) and then lay the tiles. The kitchen floor area measures approx 25m2 and includes the utility room. The floor is currently tiled; we can either take this up oursleves, or it can be included as part of the job. The floor underneath is concrete. We have purchased the underfloor heating mats (including tile backer boards) and also the tiles themselves. We are looking for the work to be done either 18th/19th/20th Feb or 25th/26th/27th Feb.
