Slight leak on downstairs ceiling from upstairs shower room. I am certain it is a sealing problem and not drain related.
Excellent, nothing was to much trouble, very clean and where any mess was generated he cleaned up properly.He recognised that it was my home, and treated it accordingly. Very polite and approachable. I will certainly use him again, and have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

Hi I am looking for someone to install some limestone flags into our kitchen (yet to be completed). It is an old house and underneath the carpet are old quarry tiles (well fixed). The area is approx 28m square, however there is a dividing wall to come down so I am not sure what will be under this. We are just sourcing the limestone but am looking for feasibility to lay direct onto quarry tiles and also a rough cost. Many thanks
