Full kitchen floor needs tiling. approx - 3x2. I have the tiles. Reclaimed terracotta 30x15x1.5-3cm. I want them in a herringbone pattern pointing from the kitchen door to the back wall. Possibly also 1 or 2 deep (one above the other) on the walls to create a skirting of sorts but im open to ideas. I need an experienced tiler as these tiles are not cheap and mistakes are going to be costly. If thats you, get in touch and give me a quote. Thanks.

Remove 5mtres of wall tiles from above the kitchen work tops and around a recess that houses a fridge freezer. Take off existing archatrave and frame to the recess and straighten the legs to recieve wall tiles ensuring a 550mm wide opening. (at the moment the top is 550mm but only 520mm at the bottem). Remove existing UPVC window sill and replace with tiles then retile all that has been removed taking into account 4 sockets and 1 light switch. Remove all rubble from site.
quality was not perfect but it was satisfactory for the price.

Refresh grouting to approx 6-7 sq mtrs of tiling. reseal bath.
Arrived on time. Worked non stop. Job took much longer than he had thought. Had to leave to buy a blade for the tool he was using. He had to return to redo some parts he was not happy with at a later date. Overall happy enough with job but was cleaning the bath and sink, and vacuuming for days after. Bath reseal OK but not as neat as I expected. Would consider using again. Not quite brilliant.

This is the first time i have used this site and within hours i had a response from Darren (TS Tiling) and we spoke the following day. He viewed the job and price was good, no messing straight down the line which is what i prefer so we agreed a day in the diary. More so the standard of work was extremely high, and he did not stop working for almost 11hours to get the job done! I deal with many tradesman and Darren will be added to my list for the next project, very genuine and hard working lad and very good job!

Steve has done a first class job of tiling my hallway. He gave me friendly, helpful advice which helped me to decide which tiles to buy and which grout colour to use and he was always available to answer my queries. He overcame a few minor difficulties with the floor expertly and confidently and left no mess behind whatsoever. He is happy to work unattended for those of you who might want to go to work whilst the job is underway. To summarise, he is an ultimate professional who I would have no hesitation in recommending.
