"William quoted quickly, was available within ten days and lived locally. He arrived on time on the first morning and got to work promptly. He worked unobtrusively during the first two days and we were happy with his work. We had to provide materials, which in hindsight was hassle we could have done without but to be fair to William, he had pointed this out in advance. Unfortunately, the job was not completed within 2 days as estimated. William came back on a sunday to complete the job, but despite being on site all day (we were out) we came back to find the job still incomplete. We are also not satisfied with the quality of some of the tiling done on this third day. We also have to buy more tiles, despite buying what had been estimated and adding 10% for wastage. This delays completion again. William has now gone away for two weeks leaving us with an unfinished bathroom. So at this point we are unhappy with the work done on day 3 after an initially pleasing start - we will talk to William this week to see what he suggests as next steps, but I am slightly concerned to see that his address on this site has now been changed to somewhere 150 miles away. I will complete the feedback when I have a completed job but wanted to provide other customers with an up to date rating."
