"This job has not yet been completed and although we have paid the full amount we have not been able to contact the tiler to arrange to finish the job as he doesn't answer his phone or return our calls. Tiles are loose, cement is coming away and in a number of places the tiles have not been laid evenly producing a lip effect!! "
